Hi All!
I'm wondering if there are any writer's groups out there that you've had good experience with. Or if anyone here would like to start a script exchange. I've kept my work to myself most of the time, but I think it's time to start getting opinions from other writers.
Thanks!

Stage 32 screenwriters do script exchanges all the time! If you're not getting the numbers you're looking for, consider picking a day that works for you, and just arrange for a "meet up" to exchange notes. Not a sermon, just a thought ;-)
Hi, Lisa Lee. What type and genre are your scripts?

This could be interesting especially because I don’t want to pay every time

Hi Maurice Vaughan. My most recent one is a fantasy based script. Though most of what I've written in the past is comedy, I'm also just starting to get into action. It's a genre I grew up watching and so I'd like to eventually get into comedy/action.
Ok, cool, Lisa Lee. I write those genres. What are your scripts? Short, feature, TV?

Maurice Vaughan The comedy scripts are features, though they are all rough first drafts. The fantasy based script is a short.
I have a dozen fantasy-drama based short stories I wrote several years back and I thought it'd be fun to see if I could turn them into short films. This is the first one I've done it to.
If you want feedback on a short script, Lisa Lee, let me know.
