Hi Donna,
I have to admit, I've never heard of a sell sheet. Is this like a pitch, or is it closed a one sheet? Do you have an example?
Lol, I'm looking for an example. I was asked to come up with one for a script and from the description I got, it seems somewhere between a one-sheet and a treatment. The term sell sheet seems to be for corporations.

Donna, I don't think there is really a 'template' for what we used to call a 'leave behind' or a 'one sheet'. They really are examples of your writing ability when it comes to being clear & concise. This is where you really showcase yourself.

These are more for business sell sheets. It seems to be a more common term in business but a "sell sheet" is what this director is asking for, so it's interesting nobody has ever heard the term. I put something together that's like a longer one-sheet and asked for feedback. We'll see what he says.
