California born... Excited to network with creative spirits. In hopes to turn my book into a movie.
Currently, writing two children's stories and the follow-up to "Caustic" trilogy series. I have a niche to make people laugh from my comedy and/or dramatics of acting; I have dabbled in a few early plays in my youth.
Overall, I am thrilled to be in a setting of likeminded individuals.

Great to meet you, Tamesha Edwards, and welcome to the community! You are definitely in the right place to find more creative spirits. Oh, congratulations on your books, that's awesome! Also, I'm right there with you - regardless if you're being paid to act, learning acting is so energizing for your work!
You may have already discovered the Screenwriting Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/screenwriting) and the Authoring Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/playwriting), but definitely check out the Acting Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/acting) as well!
Since you're considering turning your book into a movie, have you yet tried Stage 32's Adaptation Review? It allows you to get feedback from a development executive of your choice on your next best steps for adaptation: https://www.stage32.com/scriptservices/coverage/buy?id=66 If you'd like any suggestions on who to consult with, definitely reach out to our Director of Script Services, Jason Mirch, who is excellent at matching projects with potential executives (or managers, in your case): J.Mirch@stage32.com
I am glad to meet you, Karen. I will definitely explore these lounges. :)
