Not sure exactly what type of feedback you are looking for. I listened. I liked the quality and arrangement. Almost all the piece until a short choral segment at the end was a piano playing an Eb ostinato using a C minor chord in 4/4 swing (perhaps 12/8). I heard string backgrounds playing mostly long whole notes with some limited counter melody from a cello.
It does well as a cue since the action/dialog is pretty much constant pretty much throughout.
The one thing I wonder about is the pairing of the music to the dialog. Perhaps the music could have been more 'angry'. The melody and the rhythm seemed to lack the emotion of the dialog.
As a filmmaker, I can tell that the challenge lies in keeping things moving. Since the push-in (oner shot) is slow enough to be considered a Mickey Rooney, the movement then relies on the orator and the composer. Originally I thought the additional instruments entered too early, but listening to it a second time made me realize - it's keeping the energy building. Great work! I love the opening with the snap sound to cue the light and the single slow piano to make it feel like there is only one voice.
Thank you Karen, I based my composition on the plastic language. I'm not supposed to go further than the interpretation of the voice, the light, the acting and the DOP work, I'm so glad that you enjoyed the result.
