Max and sam save the galaxy!!

Hi all! I wanted to let everyone know about YAMDU. This is fantastic production software and the price is right (around $33.00 a month for one project). Yamdu, the all-in-one digital production management solution for every kind of visual project. Yamdu provides a shared workspace for all crew members and it integrates with Showbiz Budgeting. They are base in Munich, with offices in New York and L.A. You just download a Final Draft Script file and it literally sets up your production schedule. Great for the new year!

Hey! This sounds interesting? Never heard of YAMDU? How does it compare to StudioBinder or Celtx for being an online/cloud based project development tool? Does it take any other file formats?

Andrea Naud-Park

Here is a bit more on YAMDU.

I found them (or I should say they found me) through Media Services A Cast and Crew Company.

Right up there with StudioBinder and Celtx as a viable alternative.

Yes, online/cloud based project development.

The script import accepts PDF files, Final Draft’s FDX files, Celtx files as well as fountain. If you have the choice between PDF and the other file types, prefer the other ones, as they were designed specifically for screenplays and may contain additional information.
