On Writing : Soundtracks by Angela Cristantello

Soundtracks

I'm a big ol music nerd and generally speaking, I feel like I have a running soundtrack to about 90% of my life. And I DEFINITELY do to every single piece that I write.

Is there a song (or are there songs plural) that feel particularly integral to the piece that you're focusing on now? If so, what is it?

Bridgit Li

Me too, I love listening to music. At the moment I have "Peer Gynt Suite Nr. 1 & 2, piano concert" by Edvard Grieg on my list, because it is connected to a project I am working on at the moment. Sometimes it is Röyksopp, Faithless, The Prodigy or Mazzy Star. I recently discovered Solfeggio Frequencies, which I can highly recommend.

Rutger Oosterhoff

I think a movies' music should fit the story perfectly. like in Trainspotting.

Woodrow Wilkins

Nothing I'm working on right now. But several selections from ELO's "Time" album, and possibly some of their older material, would work perfectly for one project.
