I had my first 30-minute development call and I would like to share the experience. It was a very nice call that helped me a lot and Sam Sokolow was really great. But the thing is that I sent him my bible and then I watched something like four Stage 32 webinars before our appointment, so what happened is that half of the advices he told me I've already new at that point. After the call I felt kind of like an orphan. I would like to have one or two months mentoring with the same professional, so that he or she would help me move forward with the project before I send to another executive or for review. Did something like that happened to you?

I have to agree about the orphan feeling. Happened to me on my 60 minute call.

Hi Carolina! My first question is did he give it the all-important "Pass, Consider, or Recommend?" Because that will guide you forward for your next move, to either rewrite or learn to pitch your story/bible through a mentorship. So my next question would be, what is it YOU want for your project? To be sold? Produced with you attached? Then I would pitch the bible to many production companies that are looking for content to produce. Btw, seems like you've self-educated yourself enough to understand a lot about the process. Wishing you all the best, cheers!
Yes, he gave me all the recommendations about the bible. And yes, I want to sell my project to be produced with me attached, but I don't feel my material is ready yet to go to market and it would be really useful to count on a short mentoring process with the same professional for a couple of months.

The orphan feeling only gets worse once your script/project is in great shape haha.
Exec: "Your script is great, you have an amazing project that I think would do incredibly well on the marketplace. I think this project would be incredibly successful"
You: Oh wow thanks!
Exec: Okay.. well good luck! Bye.
haha.
Cameron, I guess this is the second task, like Psyche's Mythology!
