Hey there! My name is Terry and I’m working on becoming a TV and screenwriter. I finished my Master’s in creative writing last year and have been building up my portfolio ever since. So far I’ve written four pilots and one and a half features. My wheelhouse is genre stories that don’t take themselves too seriously but I’m comfortable writing anything except heavy drama.
I have two current WIPs. The first is the second draft of a queer space opera TV pilot, “The Fox Stoddard Adventures” in which a scoundrel-with-a-heart-of-gold discovers a conspiracy to throw the whole system into war and has to gather her friends and all her wits to become an unlikely hero. It’s Firefly meets Guardians of the Galaxy but gayer.
The second is a fantasy buddy adventure feature where a thief who’s very good at what she does has to team up with an assassin who’d definitely not in order to steal a probably cursed sword.
TV? Like the 55 inch that I have?
