It's a pretty tricky search, as Day+Night+Screenplay/Script will give you results on script formatting. Also, the film is from 1973, which is another reason it's difficult to come across and also goes by the name Nuit Americaine.

Have you checked the WGA-West library? They have a great catalogue of old screenplays. At least they used to...
