I have a number of short story ideas. I'm picturing Pixar Short Films types of things. I'd like to find someone or a couple people to turn these stories into shorts. I'd like to work with people that are trying to break into the film industry that just want their break.
If there's anyone that fits this that would love to work together to make some animated short films for YouTube, or any other platforms, I'd love to chat and see what we can do.

We've got lots of animators here for sure! A good place to start would be to scroll through the Animation Lounge to see who is posting and check out their profiles. You can also lookup members by occupation here: https://www.stage32.com/people
Finally, my personal recommendations are Tony Pham: https://www.stage32.com/profile/920157/about
And Fernanda Frick: https://fernandafrick.com/

What sort of budget are you looking at for these?

Right now a small budget. More so, just enough for an animator and was going to try to make it a YouTube channel to see how it plays out and the interest. I'm talking to an animator currently about partnering on this.

Outstanding idea Curt Fulster. I definitely have a couple that would be perfect for something like this.

Once my current WIP is done. I will actually be putting together a collection of short comics/illustrated stories into an Omnibus Edition as I have quite a few short stories/Comics I want to produce.

I'm in the same boat here. I have several short stories written and one that I recently developed into a screenplay for a short animated film, and I have no idea what to do with it. Complete newbie here.
hey same here, I am interested in screenwriting, be awesome to network with you.
