Screenwriting : Seeking an Entertainment Attorney by Ian Rodney Lazarus

I am seeking a good template and/or legal support for purposes of writing an agreement with a screenwriter. I've been advised as the novelist that I should take the initiative to present this agreement to ensure full protection of my IP. Have you worked with a firm you would recommend?
