I like these types of stories. A Star is born / Duets type of film. Some great emotional dynamics to explore. Daughter is in denial about Dad’s motivation. That effect a relationship she has with someone who has back her from the beginning etc.

Thanx, you've given me a short film story seed, le'me think a moment. A now soberless, once renowned musician tries to reconnect with his estranged daughter as her musical career grows. I see it as a strong character redemption theme short - 20 pg or less. What do youall think?
