I have a tv series that I am developing and want to know whether it could be possible to be a non union show in the beginning,, using people who are just starting out and aren’t in unions, like myself. To keep the budget at a doable level. I have an investor. Thanks

Yes, a lot of them are in fact. If you want union actors, you will probably go at least sagaftra of course.
