Hello guys , I am new and I have written a book , then I turned it into a full length feature movie script. https://thekleroterion.com/
SYNOPSIS
···· // One day, a young man discovered the meaning of Kleroterion, the ancient Greek model of elections for the rulers. From that point on, he tries to rebuild "The Kleroterion" based on artificial intelligence. In the year 2027, elections in Argentina were made under A.I. control and "The Kleroterion" program, working as he had programmed. The real change has happened. ···· //
I decided to sell the script with all rights, as I also own the story and the book . Both Spanish and English versions are available. You can ask for a PDF version of the book or just purchase it from Google Books. https://play.google.com/store/books/details/H_Nahapetyan_The_Kleroterion...
I am looking for some advice and help on how to price my book and where I can sell it. I have very strong marketing, visual design, and development skills and am ready to trade my services for your advice.
Hayk Nahapetyan Hi Hayk, are you going to make these books available as eBooks too. If so, there’s Kobo, Apple and of course Amazon Kindle. You can also sell PDFs on Lulu.com or have the book printed locally through their network of printing services.
Pricing. I’d check out what similar books are priced at. It also depends on page count. Keep me posted on your progress.
Best,
Geoff
PS I love the visuals!
Geoff Hall Yes, the book was ready and uploaded to Apple and Google and I think 10 more places in 2018. I also have the copyrights to the story and the script . WGAE I347793 So I put it on this website: https://www.scriptrevolution.com/... but I'm not sure how to sell it or how much to ask. I have the proposal and actor's suggestion kit also.
Geoff Hall I want to sell the script. with the book

Hayk Nahapetyan I would try our community’s Script Services. Jason Mirch would be the man to talk to.

D.E. White Yes, I don't have it on Amazon, but it is on Apple and Google Books. The publisher never posts on Amazon. As for the book, I also have the script that one has more updates so it can be ready for a featured film.
Hi Hayk. I am a non-function published author, both by editirs and self-publishing. Some years ago I started writing novels and screenplays. I suggest you first publish on Amazon, work actively on marketing there, get a crowd around the book and good reviews, and then try to sell it. Also, apply your book/screenplay on contests. All these things help you to get momentun to sell your work.
Claudio Torres Thank you , I have it published on Amazon. I don't think I made any progress on sales. So far, I do have the screenplay done and would like to send it to contests. Do you know where I can send it.
If the book has no sales or reviews, why do you think the screenplay would sell?
@ Dan MaxXx Yes, the book and the script are good . I need to try to sell the book first . That should be the first thing . Then I will try to find producers.

Hayk Nahapetyan Stage 32 has an area just for contests (https://www.stage32.com/scriptservices/contests). Another source is Coverfly to find and apply to script contests. I usually focus on the big ones and the genre-specific ones. But before contests, you can get a coverage service. Stage32 has much good coverage, but also WeScreenPlay is a good service. Coverage gives you good feedback and a solid idea about how industry professionals will see your script. Note that Books and Screenplay are two different beasts. You can have a great book, a good story, and result in a bad screenplay for many reasons. If your book does not have a crowd yet, you can go for the Screenplay, but you need to know, via coverage, how ready it is, and if the coverage is not above the average, you must work on a rewrite.
Claudio Torres I just sign to to Coverfly . Screenplay is a software?
No. Sorry. I meant Screenplay as in script (read screenplay = script)
