Screenwriting : Let's chat! by Andy Celis

Let's chat!

Hello, everyone!

This is just a quick invitation I'm extending to anyone who would like to hop into my messages and talk about current projects, the screenwriting craft overall, great movies you've seen recently, great screenplays you've read, anything, really!

As we all know, writing tends to be a pretty lonely thing, so I thought we could all use someone to talk to and share this passion with.

Sending love and motivation to all of you!

Andy Celis Great idea :) Putting yourself out there and being proactive about building your creative network is so important. Check out the Writers' Room too, if you haven't already, there's an exclusive lounge for writers there as well as tons of webcasts live and on-demand. https://www.stage32.com/writers-room

Andy Celis a few months ago I went to go see "Everything Everywhere All At Once" and tbh I am still blown away by that film. Amazing amazing amazing!

Andy, it's nice to hear from you again!

Been trying to do more in screenwriting since I retired from my factory job on 10-5-2022. For starters, I've been reading more scripts...and each in one fell swoop (instead of needing several days to finish reading each one).

I'm also working on a couple of "outline/scene lists" for two screenplays I want to start on before 2022 ends...and there's a TV pilot I wrote in 1983 that I'm out to modernize.

Well, that's enough of me...Andy, I hope you're doing fine. Here's wishing you all the VERY BEST!

It's hard to keep track what good movies I've seen recently but if you haven't seen Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018) or Spectral (2016) (I think it's still on Netflix) Nobody (2021) also a good one, Behind the wire (also on Netflix)
