I would also suggest you write some. It is a great way of getting some miles under your fingers, it also gives you copyright over the stories.

I really like a website called Reedsy. They have a weekly writing contest, but also a free to submit platform where you can post your work if you want to, based on any of the 5 prompts there. Sometimes when I'm struggling, I go there - either to read what amazing stories people can create in just 1000-3000 words, but also to see what prompts there are and what comes to mind! I've had some really sweet stories come from their prompts!! :)
