Hi Fellow 32'ers --
Seems like a good day to say hi. I'm a Brooklyn boy born and raised. Just sold my first feature film here in the US as a producer/actor, and in very late post as a producer on a pilot with some pretty incredible people (watch this space).
A few goals for 2023:
- to co-produce (or more) a feature in the $5M+ range.
- to be the lead producer on my partner's sophomore film (same person I teamed up with for the film we just sold), and bring the project to Frontieres during Fantasia.
- write, direct and produce my own short film.
- produce and co-direct another short exclusively starring members of the youth theater company I was part of when I was a kid.
- continue to grow my network and learn from my peers!
Interestingly, for the first time in my life, my goals do not explicitly include performing, which has been a backbone of my passion, career, and identity for many years. Certainly not opposed to acting in the right projects, but exciting to feel my interests shifting into this next phase of creative and professional development.

Max, first of all, congratulations on your sale, that is a huge accomplishment. Secondly, it’s exciting to see you expand beyond performing into the business side of the industry. I’m rooting you on that you get your $5 million film this year!
