Happy New Year to everyone. I'm a screenwriter and have done some acting in the past. I'm in the process of writing a short series on my novel, Bass Reeves - The Buffalo Marshal. It's the story of the first African American appointed as a Deputy U.S. Marshal, in the Indian Territory by, Federal Court Judge, Isaac C Parker (aka - The Hanging Judge). It's the story of the struggle that Judge Parker and his Deputy Marshal, Bass Reeves, had in the American West, during the years between 1875 & 1890's, bringing law and order to the Indian Territory, now the Great State of Oklahoma. It'll be a three or four part series.
