I know AI art is controversial but I've been playing around with it today and it's highly inspirational when writing fantastical genre material. I mean just seeing what you have in your mind within seconds is well, pretty mind blowing.

Like any other art form it has its pros and cons. Good that it can create a picture with ease and generate what you’re looking for. Bad that it’s not real and artificially created. But I guess they were saying the same thing about matte shots back in 1939.

I think in a few years screenwriters will be inserting pictures into scripts saved in PDF documents.
In a way they are. With presentations and the usage of AI to make scripts and concepts.
Hi. For me, I've used midjourney as a minor part of the creative process, to help communicate to other creatives what my vision or 'feel' is for the story. I wouldn't want to use any of it in an actual production though. I think as human writers we need to hang on to some truth
