Hi there, folks,
My name is Rhee Dolly, and I'm a screenwriter. I initially entered the industry as a script reader to gain experience and have read for competitions like AFF, Slamdance, and Scriptwriters' Network simultaneously. It certainly made for an interesting competition season. Lately, I've been coaching writers on their scripts and entering my scripts into competitions. The best advice I can give the newbies is to implement the feedback from others that make the most sense to your story. Writing to please other people is madness. Trust me; there's always a market for your story.

Great advice, Rhee Dolly!
"Writing to please other people is madness" That reminds me of a meme where someone cooked a turkey, pizza, cookie, etc. together. Haha If I find it, I'll put it in a comment.
