Never pitched through sites...only directly to producers, directors, filmmakers...if they're interested, they'll word back, believe me...

Try virtualpitchfest.com. I've used them with good success. Scripts at 4 different production houses but now got to wait until Writers' strike ends. Basic cost is $9.00 a pitch.
I've pitched here on 32. Reasonably priced for that 8 to 10 minute phone call. Short feedback is emailed pretty quickly.
