I'm a writer/producer, developing a streaming historic biopic, and a low-ish budget feature. This is a great platform for networking, and just for taking a break from writing. It's easy for us writers to feel like shut-ins. Lots of supportive and knowledgeable people. I'm excited to see everyone next week at the mixer.

That'd be great, Maureen Mahon. I actually haven't been off the east coast, so I have two reasons to visit L.A.: The mixer and going somewhere I haven't been before.
