Wow. Do I have to choose? I mean, I LOVE so many of Miyazaki-Sensei's films, and for different reasons.
But, if I must choose. I will go with Nauusica. It was the first Studio Ghibli film I saw. But, back in the 80's when it was originally shown on cable, it was titled, Warriors of The Wind".
I actually scored a copy of it in the 90s and that was how I introduced my sons to anime.

Very hard to choose. I would have to say Princess Mononoke at the moment. It might change depending on the weather.

I love Princess Mononoke, Castle in the Sky, and Spirited Away. I know there's nothing earth-shattering about those choices, but they're amazing films. Also, the Acadamy Museum at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art had a Miyazaki exhibit last year and did a screen of My Neighbor Totoro. If you ever get a chance to see that, or any of them really, on the big screen, I can't recommend it enough.
