I'm not sure I understand branding, but I've given it a try here. Is this branding?
Residents shelter in their homes or flee as others in a remote mountain village rally to accommodate forced migrants after which, having survived the fallout from a nuclear meltdown, the realities of the 2020's require neighboring families to adjust to living in a time of political unrest, welcome an influx of immigrants, and cope with the effects of climate change.

Hi Roberta M Roy - this feels like a log line, which is certainly an important component of branding your series. I recommend this Stage 32 webinar on long lines taught by one of the top story analysts in the industry - it's chock full of actionable information. Here's a link so you can check it out: https://www.stage32.com/webinars/How-To-Make-Your-Logline-Attractive-to-...

Good question Roberta M Roy. I think Sam Sokolow nailed it here. Definitely recommend that webinar as well!

Branding is more about creating a feeling around a project, than trying to explain it. Saying something like: People helping people, when times get tough. This would be a more effective branding statement than would a logline.

Or this: In the aftermath from a nuclear melt down, as residents cope with their own personal challenges, they also work together toward community based solutions.
