I’m Linwood Bell and a composer/arranger. I’m also a moderator in the Composing Lounge. I’d like to invite all of you to come by and chat with us in the lounge. Stage 32 has many composers there and we all are ready, willing, and able to network and work on some projects in 2024.
Saturday afternoon here in Las Vegas. It’s kind of overcast here today. It’s the perfect weekend weather to enjoy some quiet time and watch some movies on your favorite platform with your favorite guy/gal.
I’ll leave you with a little romance. This song was actually a TV theme song in Brazil. I did this arrangement for a local singer here. Hope you enjoy...
Have you been to any of the places in VEGAS VACATION, Linwood Bell? Speaking of vacation, I'd listen to your arrangement on vacation. It's so relaxing! Great job!

Maurice Vaughan You bet. I got here in 1980 and spent most of my time playing at Caesars for years. Played there most of the year and would work other properties, as well. 6 nights a week of you name it and I survived.
That's cool, Linwood Bell. Did you see them filming VEGAS VACATION? Or any other Vegas movies?

Rainman...I was playing and they were using the club for one scene. I had to get up off the piano and they had some handsome guy sit there and fake it. I did walk through one scene there as Dustin was walking to the elevator. Ended up on the cutting room floor. Prolly 'cause Hoffman felt threatened as I stole the scene.lol Also...I was playing the Riviera while they were shooting Casino. Didn't get in any scenes, but they were filming late at night or early in the morning depending on how you wanna look at it. I'd get off around 2 or 3 am and have a cocktail or two and watch the action.

I think you told me about your RAINMAN story, Linwood Bell. Or it was another story. RAINMAN is one of my favorite movies. It's been a long time since I've seen it. Probably time for a rewatch.

Maurice Vaughan I thought Somewhere in Queens was great. We both really enjoyed. Hard not to love Ray Ramano and Laurie Metcalf.

Thanks for sharing the information. To be honest, I always dreamed of visiting Las Vegas to plunge into the world of the gaming industry. However, after I started using online casinos for entertainment, such a trip was no longer necessary. If interested, you can visit the original site to appreciate all the advantages of this approach. These online casinos usually provide a wide selection of games - from classic slots and roulette to exciting card games. This means that there is always something new to try, and you can easily find games that suit your preferences.
