I am writing nonstop these days it seems. I would like to meet someone on here who can help bring them to life. I don't have $3,000 or more to pay a producer or director. But can anyone tell me if they're really experienced in the business and serious about looking at my work? I sent some of my screenplays out to companies online but no one ever gets back to me and that's frustrating. I have good stories to tell and I want to share them on the screen. Is there anyone ready or able to make some movies with me or help me find the right investors? Thanks for your time!

Hi, Brianna Duttry. Never pay $3,000 or more to a producer or director to make your script (that doesn't include you hiring a director for a movie that you're producing -- it's ok to pay a director then). My biggest piece of advice is build relationships/network. That's what brought me success on here and in general. Here are blogs on networking: www.stage32.com/blog/tags/networking-41
I suggest adding more information to your profile bio. It’ll help you build relationships/network on here. You could add things to your bio like why you became a screenwriter, your accomplishments, your goals, and what movies and shows you like.
I also suggest posting your loglines, synopses, and scripts in the Logline section of your profile so producers, directors, actors, etc. can see them.

Hi Brianna, if someone asked you for $3000, please run. It's a scam. I was also asked and on Stage 32 platform. They removed the person from this platform. I have signed an agreement with a legit producer who never asked for money - but the project never got made and the producer released my script back to me. But they were legit. I now have a script with an indie producer and he is making the effort to get funding.
