None in LA ever knew about my past, many wondered how I knew so many odd and highly useful tricks I used during shooting film. I went to high school with both Stanley Tucci and Campbell Scott at John Jay Sr, Cross River NY, and yes I knew them both. I was also a friend of Chambliss (Cham) Giobbi ( https://www.101exhibit.com/artists/chambliss-giobbi#works-5 ) who was a few yrs behind me at The Harvey School, Katonah, NY and later also John Jay. Cham had introduced me to his father Edward Giobbi (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Giobbi ) artist. Edward had taught Tucci's father in art at some point as well as me. That was instrumental in my getting permission from the Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam, Nederlands to use and to an extent reproduce sketches of Crows Over Wheat field I used in the feature Manic, 2001, which I art directed. ( https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0252684/ ) As for my hidden talents they come, in part, from my time working in collaboration with the CIA, 1988-1989 Coco Beach and Palm Bay, FL, 1989-1990 in the Swiss Alps. During the 15 yrs I spent working in the film industry in LA I had access to all restricted areas of the national forest and utilized my access and credentials to get thing done no one else could, like the sacred native paintings we made for the film Escape to Grizzly Mountain. What is in the film are fakes I had federal permission to create due to my classification and expertise. The magic hand print in that cave is my left hand impression in plaster of Paris. I also managed to get permission from McDonald's 2 hrs before the scene was shot in the Media City Mall, Burbank, to use their Big Mac sandwiches and Coca Cola. Sadly people in Hollywood who were and are ignorant about who I am, I haven't been able to get work there since 2001. Something about my writing credit being stolen. I am currently assisting a new member her from a former Soviet republic with their project, searching for funding for a period feature film to be shot in Mexico with a promising Mexican female lead attached who you probably have seen as well as Writing two active scripts, one based on real events, also in Mexico and the other my time in the Alps with the CIA between the fall of the Berlin Wall and the breakup of the Soviet Union.
