What's up friends! My name is Connor and I am currently a student-athlete playing basketball at Concordia University Irvine (CA). I have found sports (in my case, hoops) to be an incredible game to bond over as it has given me lifelong relationships. It links souls together, similar to this Stage32 community.
I have a Pilot episode for a movie series I would like to create. Basketball/sports are an art that bring so much joy and entertainment. I hope this Pilot film offers some joy to the world as I want to give back to a game that has given me so much. ANY feedback (Good, average, bad, atrocious, extremely horrible & terrible) is welcomed here :) If anyone wants to connect I would love to talk and grow.

Have an awesome day.

Hey, Connor Gleason. I just watched the Pilot episode. Funny stuff! Great job on the episode! It's like a basketball version of THE OFFICE.
You might already have these things, but a poster and pitch deck could help you attract producers, investors, etc. to your project.
And you could put the poster and pitch deck on your Stage 32 profile for industry pros to see. Click the gear symbol in the top right-hand corner and select “Edit profile” in the drop-down menu. Scroll down to “Loglines” and click “Add/edit loglines” to the right of “Loglines.” You can also put the poster and pitch deck on your profile this way (near the top where it says “Add a Logline”): www.stage32.com/loglines

Maurice, thank you for taking the time to read my posting and respond to it as well as adding these actionable steps. It makes it so much easier for me to move forward. I don't have any of those created yet and will follow through on the steps you have listed above.
I appreciate your time and the kind words. Also, loved the 32 tips for filmmakers blog.
Thank you.

You're welcome, Connor Gleason. I make my posters and pitch decks with Canva. It's easy to learn how to use Canva.
Here's an on-demand webinar that'll teach you how to put together a pitch deck for your movie (www.stage32.com/education/products/how-to-put-together-a-perfect-pitch-d...). It's taught by Michelle Alexandria. She knows her stuff about pitch decks. I've worked with her on pitch deck jobs.
And here are some more Education resources about pitch decks: www.stage32.com/education/search?term=pitch%20deck
If you're looking to hire someone to make a poster and pitch deck, you could post an ad on the Job Board (www.stage32.com/find-jobs).
