Live pitches - no show

I had a live pitch scheduled for this morning and NOTHING HAPPENED and no one from State 32 contacted me about it. Have other members had this experience?? I did all this preparation for it for nothing. I am wondering if these live pitch sessions are legitimate or if I am just throwing money down the draing. What have other people experienced?

Sandra Correia

HJ Lawrence, I am so sorry you had that experience and it’s so frustrating. Apologies for Stage 32 services and I recommend you to send email to supportstage32.com . That never happened to me, but you did very well to publish and ask for help. The team will guide you for sure. I wish you a lovely May the Fourth.

I have had that happen on a few occasions. Have you contacted writer's help about it? Sometimes I've gotten rescheduled, sometimes I got refunded, but you need to contact them and stay strong.

Thanks to you both for your advice. They seem to be trying to make it right.

Hi HJ, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with your scheduled pitch session this morning. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, especially after your preparation.

While the majority of our pitch sessions proceed as planned, we take no-shows extremely seriously. Please reached out to moderator@stage32.com so we can personally handle next steps for you. We value your time and trust, and I’m committed to resolving this to your satisfaction.
