Introduce Yourself : Writer Getting Back into the Acting Scene by Angie Bailey

I'm Angie and I'm primarily a writer (monthly column, blog, and am working with an agent on selling my book), but also do a bit of performing. I haven't done much in the way of acting for many years, but recently kicked of a sketch comedy web series with my good friend with whom I studied acting in college. We co-wrote the series and will perform as well. She and I raised funds via indiegogo.com and will shoot the ten-sketch, ten-week web series next month and plan to premiere one sketch per week beginning in October. I'm excited and nervous about getting back into the groove and looking forward to networking with like-minded people!
