Of course when you get a group of cosplayers together in and old west setting to conduct a seance to contact a prostitute from the 1880s, the long departed call girl is going to provide a down and dirty explanation of how QR codes are messing with spirits in the afterlife. And that is the premise of HALLOWEEN IN JAVELINA CROSSING, a short script I penned with story support from my partner, Lesley Lillywhite. Now an Official Selection in the Phoenixville Film Festival (near Philadelphia) next month, we are hoping to have a table read at the fest.
Regardless, we are looking for funding to make this short. If you believe in good karma creation and would like to assist, reach out and we can talk turkey (and javelinas) to make this film happen!
If you find QR codes as annoying as I do, this script is centered in your bandwidth!

Congratulations on the selection, Philip Sedgwick and Lesley! I’m a Stage 32 Lounge Moderator. I wanted to let you know I moved your post from the Introduce Yourself Lounge to the Your Stage Lounge. You can talk about the selection in your introduction post, but you need to introduce/reintroduce yourself to the community. You could check out other posts in the Introduce Yourself Lounge to get ideas for your introduction post. Let me know if you have any questions.
