A little over the moon with this one! I love this script and am very proud of this placement.
In the grand scheme, it is not the biggest news, but I take this as a huge win. Ranked in the top 20% of over 11k entries.I will be making the pilgrimage to Austin in October to meet other creatives and network.
I believe this will be going into production as an animated short, and maybe next year it will be in the circuit as a short film.
Congrats to all the other Second Rounders out there. To those who are still waiting for notification on their project, the system is somewhat outdated, categorized by project type and other details. Imagine contacting 11k creatives with a volunteer staff!
