We'll I've been here on Stage32 a while now... a good friend and colleague "Pat Savage" suggested I join ... though I have run across some great folks here, unfortunately also came across many media folks w/issues and poor judgement & advise for good people trying to understand & get into this business of television. My best advise is to stay true to your vision, be a leader & visionary and if you remain in this environment I would suggest "before" you assume a commmentor is a media professional, do your due diligence and base your career around solid professionals, not passers by with opinions vs expereience ;) K, know that I've ruffled some feathers I'm getting back to work on the road producing programs which educate,impact,build up, and dust the viewer off and perhaps make their day better for watching :) and of course as all media pro's know.... there is alway's more to learn each day and we continue to grow and impact media U.S. & Worldwide. I'll stop in from time to time & see how everyone is doing. Wishing everyone the best! in their media projects and adventures. Tim/TDE
