Lately, I’ve been feeling like Sisyphus — constantly pushing, constantly battling, but never stopping. With this project coming to life, my mind keeps going back to the pep rally — that moment we’re building toward. Every thought, every move feels like a step closer to that stage. Once the team and I hit that point, it’s game time — to prove that everything we’ve done to get out of the pre-phase was worth the wait and the risk.

I’m truly grateful for my team; they make everything easier to build upon. All I can do now is keep pushing forward, making the best moves I can with what I’ve got. A great friend told me, ‘A leader is only as good as his team.’ And man, that sticks with me.

When I picture the day “TTB?” is fully released — the smiles, the shouts, the energy — it’s pure joy. But even then, I know the work doesn’t stop there. There are more projects ahead, more stories to tell, more moments to create.

It’s only just beginning… it’s only just beginning.
