Screenwriting : My November Write Club goal by Sebastian Tudores

Sebastian Tudores

My November Write Club goal

Happy Friday!

Fall is definitely a writing vibe for me. Nature reminding us so beautifully of the reality of cycles in our existence helps me open up channels not as easily accessible in the heat of the summer. As the song says:

"Everything must change

Nothing stays the same

Everyone will change

No one stays the same

The young become the old

And mysteries do unfold

'Cause that's the way of time

Nothing and no one goes unchanged..."

What I will be working on changing this month is the status of my prestige espionage thriller The Case Officer to 'ready to pitch.'

LOGLINE:

A brilliant but emotionally fractured CIA case officer delays his retirement to stop a Chinese-Iranian covert operation in Paris - only to find the mission entangled with the man he failed to recruit and the woman he desperately needs to trust.

Based on the book The Case Officer by F.W. Rustmann, Jr.

Wishing all a wonderfully productive November Write! :)

Sandra Isabel Correia

I love your poetic vein Sebastian Tudores :)) Hapoy NWC and Autumn. It’s my favorite season of the year. I love your logline and I hope you be ready to pitch :)) One day, I want to write a CIA character, it’s one of my dreams :)) I am cheering for you. Happy weekend my friend.

Tania Ocasio

Sebastian Tudores

thank you Tania Ocasio :)

Sebastian Tudores

we've got this Sheri Barbera ! thank you and same to you!

Juliana Philippi

Sebastian Tudores Congrats on your progress! And I have had "California Dreamin'" and "The Sound of Silence" playing in my head, that slow, transformative vibe also working it's magic in my life. "All the leaves are brown…" love it.

Coty Hampton

Congratulations! Your logline is awesome. That is a very interesting concept.

Sandra Isabel Correia

Thank you my good friend:)) The same for you Sebastian Tudores, specially colorful:)) I love how CIA characters dive into complex situations and solve things in ways that aren’t always clean or conventional. That edge makes them so compelling. Claire Danes as Carrie at Homeland was incredible, her brilliance, unpredictability, and emotional depth kept me hooked. She could see connections no one else did, and her flaws made her feel so real. I love that CIA intrigue characters. One day I will write one :))

Sebastian Tudores

oh I love that Juliana Philippi - we share that music taste for sure :) hope you're rockin' your November Write!

Sebastian Tudores

Coty Hampton thank you! I appreciate that. What are you working on at the moment?

Sebastian Tudores

Sandra Isabel Correia you're so right - and they do all that at a great, great cost to themselves. In fact, that's really what drew me to want to write this project - what drives them is fascinating and often humbling to reflect on. Look forward to reading your CIA story!!!! :) :)

Antony Voronov

Sebastian Tudores Wish you luck in polishing your script!

Sebastian Tudores
