December is here, so the industry hiatus is on its way to symbolize the end of the year.
Question: What are your thoughts on the "industry" year of 2025? Was it good or bad? Why?
My opinion: This was a year of activity and spec sales which made the industry outlook a little more optimistic--gold star here.
