The Last Patient
Psychological Medical Thriller – Original IP
Hi everyone,
I’m sharing one of my completed IP projects:
“Donor Room: The Last Patient.”
It’s a psychological medical thriller centered around survival, hidden crimes, and the fight for truth inside a corrupt hospital system.
This project is fully written and available for future development.
Genre: Thriller / Medical Suspense
Format: Novel – Adaptation Rights Available
I’d be happy to connect with producers, directors, or creatives who work with thrillers or intense drama.
What do you look for first in a medical thriller — character, tension, or concept?
Thank you for taking a look!

This sounds intense in a good way. Psychological medical thrillers really live or die on atmosphere and pacing, and this premise feels very visual. Curious how much of the tension is driven by character versus the system itself.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback — I really appreciate it.
Maurice, I’m glad the project resonated with you.
Leonardo, that’s a great question — the story is fictional, but inspired by real fears around secrecy and power inside closed systems.
Ibukunoluwa, I love your take on atmosphere and pacing — the tension is very much character-driven.
Thanks again to everyone for watching and engaging.

It looks great. I particularly love the term "last"; it heightens the suspense by implying that this has happened repeatedly, and that this is the case we finally see, comprehend, and resolve—bringing the madness to an end.
