Hi there,
I’m reaching out because I’m developing a documented historical docudrama project titled THE PUGH LINE, and I’m looking for a screenwriter who enjoys working with true multi-generation American history.
I’m the researcher and story owner. Over the past several years I’ve assembled verified court records, census data, Quaker meeting minutes, land deeds, and Library of Congress photographic documentation tracing a single family line from Welsh Quaker frontier colonies through Prohibition-era Ohio law enforcement (including the Pretty Boy Floyd manhunt) and into World War II naval and federal service.
I have the full historical spine, timeline, and primary-source documentation, and I’m looking for a creative writing partner to help flesh the material into a docudrama / limited-series narrative — shaping scenes, dialogue, character arcs, and episodic structure.
If this sounds like something you might be interested in exploring, I’d love to connect and share more details.
Best regards,
Edwin
