Screenwriting : The nudge to write... by Jay Dial

This is kind of a followup to my previous discussion: What do you do when you have all the creative energy in the world, nay, the universe... but still can't put your screenplay down on paper? You have your notes in order, you know exactly how you want to see every scene, you know every word of dialogue, but when you go to write it... you can't. It's like when there's something on the tip of your tongue, but it's at the tip of your fingers. How do you deal with that? When you have everything prepared, but nothing comes out? What do you do to give yourself that nudge to get it all out?
