This year has seen a big shift for me and my career. On an "all or nothing" venture I left everything behind in the UK last year, to kick-start my career in New Zealand (land of the Hobbit). After working on adverts, feature films and a TV series; I am currently back in the UK to film the first series of Haunted Scotland and have recently been cast in two web-series filming in the USA.

Hi Stuart. Tell me more about "Haunted Scotland". I have an Irish colleague who is a musician and writer, visiting from Germany and he will be in Scotland during the first week of October. He is writing a book on "Somerled" and the Kings and Lords 500 years before, going back to Dál Riata. The Irish / Scottish / Nordic / Celt connections, seats and crowns... Thank you getting in touch. Haunted Scotland is a new series exploring locations around Scotland in search for real ghost stories or folk tales and investigating them. Our pilot will be centred around Birkwood Castle which we film in September. We will be filming in October for the rest of the series so would be happy to meet up with your colleague sometime then.
