Your Stage : What next? by Boris Celic

I have wrote some synopsis for movie that i want to direct and produce.Thats just synopsis but in my head i now what i want in that movie. Synopsis is very opened for screenwriter that i want to hire and i think is very good. What I want to ask now: Where I could find some events where I can present my work and maybe find some budget for developing screenplay? I now that there is some, but dont now where to search. Thanks in advice for repling. Also I think for every newbie that this is a good topic to start.
