Hi everyone! I'm just a girl who discovered a love of being on stage later in life. I've been performing locally for 14 years and now that my time is freeing up - children all up and spreading their wings, I've been testing the professional waters. Core Talent has been representing me since last November which has led to some new and interesting adventures in the film/commercial/TV world. My goal in the next six months is to break into the Dallas theater scene - had my first call back this week - so progress is being made. I've worked at Casa Manana before which was an amazing experience, but I'm hoping within the next 5 years to have a shot on the New York stage, so with that goal in mind I am continuing to study acting, dancing and singing and honing my skills. I have experience in costuming, props, am a professional artist and I teach voice lessons - studied vocal performance in college. I thought about pursuing a stage adaptation of an old film, but couldn't get the rights, so now I'm considering a way to go into the prop finding business with my family. Any suggestions on how to best serve the theatrical venues in this way would be appreciated. I love the arts and eventually hope to help fund and build an arts center in Grapevine, Texas where I currently live. If you ever get to this area - let me know and we'll talk shop!
