I am looking for like minded Crew and AboveTLine personnel for my production company. I have shorts to shoot leading up to features (many) and I need to find people that not only can I trust to be professional, but who also align with my Vision -- creating Mainstream Productions that have a Spiritual intent and focus (that means; no horror, no car chases, no gratuitous sex for getting eyes to the screen [although at least one will have some nudity and a closed set]). I especially need some development people, as I have a slate of seven scripts finished, and another thirty in various stages of development. Also, please be in LA (not visiting, living). I do not, at this time, have funding (but do have a develop deal in the works). I need people I can depend on. I need people who will work for future gains (once I get this up and running). Please do not flame me for the "no horror" portion of the above. And please, do not inundate me with pitches. I have more than enough of my own projects needing money.

I have become more and more interested in faith based films - or "Spiritual" if that's the more proper term. As I say I'm just starting to explore that genre. Wow, 30 projects in development. I may not be the type of person you're looking for (I'm quite independent and don't always align well others Vision) so I may not make a good partner.
