Paul: What have you tried so far in terms of listing your script?

At this point nothing. Thinking about cine coup and other contests. I am open to all suggestions. I've had it read by some local (mi and Toronto) producers and screenwriters.

Paul: Check out www.inktip.com. It allows you to post your work, loglines, synopsis and script. They have a big network of producers that browse your work. I have had one script optioned since I began using them in October. I had another producer reach out to me last week for a work sample. The offer service for a reasonable fee. Also International Screenwriter's Association advertises jobs for screenwriters.

Oriahsphere Entertainment – Seeking Creature Action Scripts from Canadian Writers --------------- We are looking for completed, feature-length creature feature action scripts, i.e. scripts in the vein of "Predator." Please note, due to tax and financing incentives, we are only open to submissions from Canadian writers at this point in time. Also, please note we are not looking for dramatic character driven stories, we specifically need something in which we can cast a name action star. So, submissions should be for material that focuses more on the creature and action and less on the protagonist's life or back-story. Budget will not exceed $1million. WGA and non-WGA writers may submit. Our credits include “Tapped.”

FTE Entertainment – Seeking True Story Crime Scripts from Canadian Writers --------------- We are looking for completed, feature-length crime scripts that are based on true stories. Budget will not exceed $1.5mil. WGA and non-WGA writers may submit. Our credits include “I’m Gonna Stay That Way,” and the upcoming true story of cartel double agent Baruch Vega, among others.

Nasser Entertainment Group – Seeking Canadian Horror Scripts --------------- We are looking for completed feature-length horror scripts by Canadian writers. Please note that, due to tax and financing incentives, we are only open to submissions from Canadian citizens at this point in time. Budget has yet to be determined. Only non-WGC writers may submit. Nasser Entertainment/NGN Productions has produced a number of films from writers discovered on InkTip, including "Knockout" w/ Steve Austin. We are currently producing "Final Girl" with Abigail Breslin and Wes Bently, and one of the writers on this project was a writer whom we discovered through InkTip.
