Filmmaking / Directing : Searching for an AD by Gary Ploski

Greets, all. I'd like to begin the process of finding an AD for a project (in the short term) though I'm more optimistically looking to meet/find an AD for multiple future projects. As you know a great AD is priceless. Is this a good place to begin my search? If not, recommendations? Here's a super brief description of the kind of AD I'm looking to work... Someone who is able to speak to authority in a professional (ie not vulgar or rude) and is interested in developing a long term working relationship on one-take projects often related to social issues.
