Post-Production : Workflow help needed [ Adobe Premier Pro to Da Vinci Resolve] by Mragendra Singh

I just moved to Premier pro it is really good transition from FCP 7. Now while round tripping between Da Vinci Resolve and Premier Pro after color grading. The graded clips comeback but does not realign them selves with the respective audio clips. I am sure I am missing something here. Any help appreciated. Also I am open for workflow related suggestion and please share best workflow practice!
