Filmmaking / Directing : How to go about gettin meetings to pitch my idea by Tshib'ls Kadima

hello guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 just need some help about the project am currently workin on, it a script of comic book and I want to work with a student of visual art at the university B but I do not know how to go about it. about the NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT for the idea i know.... the matter is how would i go about getting meetings to pitch my idea to them. should i go directly to the student or i have to pass through the teacher? Any guidance and advice would be greatly accepted?
