Introduce Yourself : Jumping feet-first into screenwriting by Catherine Arne

Hi, I'm a writer living in Pennsylvania. I recently completed my first novel, a dystopian animal fable (think Animal Farm for the 21st Century satirizing corporations/consumerism instead of communism), and decided to adapt it into a script since the concept leant itself to the form (appeals to kids/adults simultaneously). I immediately got hooked on screenwriting and now have plans for several shorts and feature-length scripts.
