I'm intrigued, yet confused, by what you've posted. Colour me naive, but I seriously don't understand what your liking for. You said that you manage and create artists, and then you like all genre: but listed talent. That was the first thing that made me confused. And then the rest of the post just got down right weird. I don't mean to be judgmental at all. I certainly would like to know more about what your looking for. Here's what I think it is and hopefully you'll correct me. Your looking for a pool of stage and theater actors to do various degrees of background work around the country for little or no cost (ethic to them or you, I'm not following that). Can you please elaborate on your needs. And I wish you great luck in your endeavor. .

haha, well your 50% Right. I manage and Create artist. I'm also an Artist as well. Just looking for support and to rise. A Great Background team in all areas would help.

Okay. I guess that maybe my years in the business make my use old terms. But I'm not sure that I understand what you mean by Background crew. What kind of art do you do? I would call myself an artist but it leaves it open to so much interpretation that I don't think I'd ever get work. Haha. So even though I see being a Key Grip as a very essential art to the production of film, television, commercials, music videos, corporate videos, etc. I don't think that my saying artist would actually describe my work. If your an actor then I just drop on the floor with a headache cause I never understand the ever changing descriptions of your area if expertise. So for that, I tip my hat too all actors for navigating the ever changing world of visual entertainment and information industry.
