It's slow. I stopped after 30 seconds and not much had happened. Why do you have a general reel. Are you looking for a general job (like a PA)? If you want work in specific jobs (acting, writing, directing), then I would create separate reels and resumes for each one. Have any reels be limited to around 1:30 and pick up the pace. Best work at the beginning.
